I remember the day when we would meet
Time stood still for a heartbeat
I saw your eyes and that's all it took
Just one little look

And I ran away, I was scared
For your love...I was unprepared
Memories would plague my dreams at night
Such emotions in me you did ignite

I remember, you and I remember, me
I remember, my heart feeling so free
I remember...falling in love with you
And I remember how that love blossomed and grew

Now as time passes us by
I'm embracing the nigh'

Not gonna let go of my love true

I'm gonna love you for all of my days

Together we can both learn to be free
